Muhammad Bilal
I build web platforms from the ground up. mobile apps for iOS and Android. APIs that carry real traffic. commerce flows from cart to payment. cloud systems teams can operate. AI features people actually use. products across regulated sectors.
For 6+ years I have taken products from an empty repository to production: web, mobile, APIs, data, payments and the infrastructure underneath.
The work has crossed telecom, finance, healthcare, commerce, industrial diagnostics, social products and Web3. Sometimes AI is part of the answer. Often it is not.
01 — About
I work across the whole product, not just one layer.
Some jobs started with a Figma file. Others started with a slow API, a mobile release that kept failing, or a business process still living in spreadsheets. I am comfortable finding the awkward part and carrying it through design, architecture and release.
I have led small engineering teams, worked directly with clients and product owners, and stayed hands-on when the difficult bit needed code rather than another meeting.

02 — Capabilities
Full stack means owning the joins.
Pick a discipline. The globe regroups around the tools I use there, while the rest of the stack moves out of the way.
Interfaces
Web products people can move through quickly.
Design systems, dashboards, commerce flows and real-time interfaces—built to stay understandable as the product grows.

Different sectors. Different constraints.
Telecom, finance, field service and digital ownership. Each one needed a different answer—not the same stack with a new logo.

A few honest lines are enough. I can ask the technical questions after that.
