- Modernised legacy code and moved state management onto Redux Toolkit.
- Added real-time processing and analytics on Lambda and EC2.
- Containerised deployments with Docker for environment parity.

Operators launch on shared infrastructure instead of rebuilding the same subscriber stack each time.
